We have hired Just Book It Travel to handle all wedding travel arrangements and to manage our guest list. They have secured discounted group rates for us at the resort. The prices below include accommodations with all-inclusive amenities, and all taxes/fees.
In order to be included within our wedding group and take advantage of discounted rates, please select your room category (below) for a minimum of three nights and confirm your stay by making a deposit:
Deposit Option 1: Without Travel Protection - $50 per person
Deposit Option 2: With Travel Protection - $50 per person + the cost of travel protection (per person)**

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel protection from any trusted supplier, but we will provide a quote with every itinerary.
Federal regulations exclude New York residents from obtaining "Cancel For Any Reason" insurance.
There is a supplemental insurance policy that we can offer to residents of all states, including New York. This policy's price starts at $55 per person, and provides 100% reimbursement for cancellations under "covered" events such as medical illnesses, jury duty, and certain other uncontrollable disasters.

Round Trip Transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport:

Private Transportation: $35 per person (min 2 people) - direct service, only guests from the wedding group of Stacy & Pedro on the same vehicle (Recommended)

Shared Transportation: $25 per person (other, non-group related guests from other resorts may be on the same vehicle, may stop at other resorts)

The $50 per person deposit is non-refundable.

We strongly encourage each guest to purchase travel protection from any trusted insurance provider to protect against unforeseen emergencies or travel interruptions or cancellations.
