Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Cancellation fees are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility.
This plan is for "covered, documented" cancellations only. If you do not have approved, covered documentation, cancellation fees are non-refundable.
**Here are a few of the covered cancellation reasons for 100% reimbursement.

*This is not "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance. All cancellations must provide evidence of "covered" cancellation events such as medical illness, jury duty, and certain other uncontrollable disasters.*
If you decide that this particular plan is not a right fit for you, we recommend that you consider our "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance or search for trusted providers and purchase a plan immediately following booking your travel arrangements.
This travel protection policy can be purchased up until the final balance is paid in full. All plans require cancellation notice to be given within 48 hours of scheduled travel.
The plan only covers 100% reimbursement with approved, covered documentation.
