Cancellation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Cancellation fees are only reimbursed via reimbursement from a travel protection plan. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, cancellation fees are your responsibility.
This plan is for "covered, documented" cancellations only. If you do not have approved, covered documentation, cancellation fees are non-refundable. This plan must be purchased within 10 days of the reservation's initial deposit date.
**Here are a few of the covered cancellation reasons for 100% reimbursement.

*This is not "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance. All cancellations must provide evidence of "covered" cancellation events such as medical illness, jury duty, and certain other uncontrollable disasters.*
If you decide that this particular plan is not a right fit for you, we recommend that you consider our "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance or search for trusted providers and purchase a plan immediately following booking your travel arrangements.
*The insurance policy covers full cancellations only. Partial cancellations are non-refundable (following the final balance due date) and are not covered by this policy unless guests have commenced travel (Ex. the departure flight has taken off for travel).
The plan only covers 100% reimbursement with approved, covered documentation.
If you do not have approved, covered documentation, cancellation fees are non-refundable.
